how I work
An Embodied Nutrition Approach
My approach to nutrition therapy is collaborative and informed by nervous system–aware care.

I combine evidence-based dietetics with real-world tools, drawing from Intuitive Eating, Health at Every Size®, and trauma-informed principles, while honoring your lived experience.

Rather than rigid plans or forced change, our work focuses on understanding what your body needs within the context of your life, including stress, energy, health history, and moments when things feel uncertain or overwhelming.

We move at a pace that respects your capacity, building practical support for nourishment while making room for reconnection with your body over time.
