In meal support sessions, we prepare food and eat together to provide you with emotional and social support while also supporting your nutrition needs.
Whether it is a meal or a snack, meal support sessions offer a safe space to both guide and encourage you to fuel your body and provide it with the nutrients it needs.

Meal support can be especially helpful if:

Eating feels overwhelming or emotionally loaded.

You’re navigating eating disorder recovery or disordered eating.

Executive functioning challenges make meals harder to plan or follow through on.

Appetite, energy, or motivation are inconsistent due to stress, mental health, or chronic illness.

You want support around eating itself, not just nutrition education.
How We'll Get Started...
3.
First Session
We’ll explore your relationship with food, talk through what feels most challenging, and begin to discuss initial strategies to help you feeling better.
4.
Ongoing Support
Follow-up sessions are 50-60 minutes, with virtual and in-person options. Ongoing weekly or bi-weekly sessions are recommended to gain traction and make progress on goals.
