At Embodied Nutrition, we know that nourishing your body isn’t just about what’s on your plate; it’s about fostering a relationship with food, movement, and your body that feels both empowering, safe, and sustainable. Whether you’re on a journey to overcome disordered eating, strengthen your relationship with food, or simply take a deeper look at your well-being, we're here to support you every step of the way.

Embodied Nutrition is built on the values of respect, autonomy, authenticity, empathy, and even a touch of humor—because sometimes a laugh can make all the difference on tough days. This means we are committed to providing compassionate client-centered care and want you feel truly seen and heard by your dietitian.

The practice was founded on the belief that healing comes from reconnecting with your body, not fighting against it. The name, Embodied Nutrition, reflects this approach: blending nutrition science with a deep sense of body awareness and compassion.

At Embodied Nutrition, we don’t believe in rigid rules or quick fixes. Instead, we help people feel at home in their bodies while navigating challenges like disordered eating, PCOS, IBS, or body image concerns. This is done by integrating concepts from medical nutrition therapy, Intuitive Eating, Health at Every Size, trauma-informed care, and embodiment practices.

On this blog, you’ll find practical tips, evidence-based insights, and perhaps even a few laughs along the way. Think of it as a space to explore, reflect, and find encouragement, no matter where you are on your wellness journey.

Thank you for stopping by. I look forward to walking this path with you, and together, we’ll make wellness something that truly works for you.

Warmly,

Erin
