Embodied Nutrition
Individual Nutrition Therapy
Supportive and collaborative care to help you feel more connected to your body and your needs without losing sight of real-life challenges, like how to get dinner on the table.

Individual nutrition therapy is a space to explore your relationship with food in a way that’s both compassionate and practical. Together, we’ll look at your food history, discuss what is feeling difficult right now, and identify practical strategies that fit into your life (not the other way around).

An Embodied Nutrition approach is one that combines nervous system-informed mind-body work with real-world tools. We’ll talk about what it means to listen to your body and how to manage when things feel disconnected, chaotic, or unclear. In sessions, you’ll have space to slow down, tune in, and work on practical strategies for things like meal planning, follow-through, or feeding yourself when capacity is low.

Sessions are shaped by concepts from Intuitive Eating, Health at Every Size®, trauma-informed care, and a respect for your lived experience.
Client-led care in this space means:
-
You set the pace. There’s no one right way to do this work.
-
Your story, preferences, and values shape the goals we set together.
-
We focus on what feels manageable without pushing past your capacity.
-
There’s room for the messy middle: feeling stuck, low motivation, uncertainty, and imperfect progress.
You don’t need to have it all figured out in order to begin. If you're looking for support that honors both your body’s cues and the very real barriers to following through, you’re in the right place.

Sessions are available for individuals age 17+ who reside in Massachusetts (in-person and telehealth), and via telehealth for residents of Illinois.
