Nutrition Therapy

​In individual nutrition therapy, we explore your food history, current concerns, create realistic goals, and integrate concepts from Intuitive Eating, Health at Every Size, and embodiment research. The objective is for you to leave sessions feeling seen, heard, and energized to move forward and discover a more nourished version of yourself.

 

For individuals age 16 and up who are residents of MA (both in-person and telehealth services). Telehealth only for residents of IL and FL.
